  • What you expected, what happened, and the steps that led to it.
  • A screenshot, if useful, with personal information removed.

A parent or guardian should contact us for a child. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, or children’s personal information.

Walk and interact

Drag the on-screen movement stick to walk and release it to stop. The nearby action control lets you speak, enter, rest, or use an activity.

Backpack and passport

Open the backpack to arrange belongings and check what you are carrying. The passport records the journey’s stamps and connects with route notes.

Rest along the way

Benches, food, water, and lodging routines can help you recover. Check the current objective, the people nearby, and your journal when you are unsure where to go.

Platforms and availability

The planned public releases are for iPhone, iPad, and Android. The game is in development, and a public release date has not been announced.

Sound, performance, and saved progress

  • Check the game’s sound settings and your device’s media volume.
  • Pause before taking a break. Close and reopen the game, or restart the device if needed.
  • Close other demanding apps if performance is slow.
  • Avoid uninstalling, clearing app storage, or resetting progress while troubleshooting a save you want to keep.
  • If the issue persists, send the details above. Do not edit save files or send them unless support specifically asks.

Availability, purchases, and refunds

The game is in development for iOS and Android. A public release date has not been announced. Store download links will appear on the game page when they are available.

When a public version is available for purchase, the store used for that purchase handles receipts and refund requests. Use Apple’s billing support or Google Play’s refund help. Please do not email payment-card details.
