About this policy
This privacy policy covers Buen Camino: The Weight We Carry from Leprechaun Designs and this game’s pages on leprechaundesigns.com. It does not replace the policies for other studio games.
The game is in development for iOS and Android. The game information below describes the current development build. This policy will be updated if its information practices change before or after public release.
Information in the game
The current development build plays offline and does not require an account. We do not collect or transmit personal information through its gameplay. It does not include advertising, tracking, analytics, chat, or in-game purchases. Unity advertising, analytics, and cloud diagnostic reporting are disabled in the current project settings.
The game does not ask for your name or use your camera, microphone, contacts, or location. Character names, story decisions, and fictional events in the game are part of the story, rather than a request for your personal information.
Saved progress and settings
Journey progress, story choices, backpack contents, passport stamps, activities, and settings are stored locally on the device.
We do not receive these saves through the game, and it does not synchronize them with a studio account or cloud-save service. We cannot remotely read, alter, restore, or delete a device’s save.
Removing the app normally removes its local data. Operating-system backup and restore settings may affect what is retained or restored. Use an in-game reset only if you want to erase the progress covered by that reset.
Purchases and device services
When a public version is available for purchase through Apple or Google, that store processes the payment. We do not receive your payment-card details through the game. Stores may provide us with sales reports and process purchase records, device information, or diagnostics under their own policies.
Your device and operating system control their own backup, security, privacy, and diagnostic services. See Apple’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy for their practices.
Visiting the website
The studio website showcases games, books, and cartoons. Its page code does not create visitor accounts, process payments, set cookies, use browser storage, or include advertising trackers or analytics. Cartoon videos are served directly from this website.
Our hosting provider, Hostinger, may process standard connection and security information, including IP address, browser information, requested pages, and access times, to deliver and protect the website. Hosting logs are handled under the hosting account’s settings and Hostinger’s privacy policy.
Messages to support
If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to answer your inquiry and investigate the issue. Support messages are handled through our email service; we do not use them for advertising or sell them.
We keep correspondence only as long as needed to resolve the inquiry and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. Email blue@leprechaundesigns.com to ask about your information or request deletion of support correspondence. Records required by law may need to be retained.
Send only what is needed to explain the problem. Do not include passwords, payment-card details, or sensitive personal information in messages, screenshots, or save files.
Children and families
The game does not ask children to submit personal information. A parent or guardian should handle support for a child and leave out the child’s name, photograph, school, address, and other personal details. If a child’s personal information is sent to us unintentionally, a parent or guardian can contact us to request its deletion.
Links to other services
Store links and links to Amazon, Apple, Google, and other external services lead to independently operated websites. Their privacy policies apply when you visit them.
Updates and privacy contact
We will update this page and its date if the game’s or website’s information practices change. Store privacy disclosures must match the version being distributed.
