About these Terms
These Terms of Service apply specifically to Blue & Pip: Holiday Adventures, published under the Leprechaun Designs brand, and to copies we supply for play or testing. The seller and purchase details for a store transaction appear in that store's listing and receipt.
These Terms cover Blue and Pip's holiday adventure game and any development or testing copy supplied by us. A development preview is not a promise that every proposed chapter or feature is already available.

Parents, guardians and age suitability
A parent or guardian should handle a child's purchase, review these Terms and the relevant store rules, and help decide whether the game is suitable. Check the age rating and content information for the particular version; games in the studio's catalogue serve different audiences.
Children do not need to create an account or submit personal information to read these Terms. Opening this page is not a purchase or a request for a child to enter an agreement.
Using your copy
When you lawfully obtain the game, you may install and play it for your personal or household enjoyment on compatible devices, subject to the applicable store licence and sharing rules. Purchasing a copy does not transfer ownership of the game's copyright, artwork, characters, music or software.
Please do not sell or redistribute the game or its assets, distribute unauthorised copies, or bypass purchase and security protections. These restrictions do not limit uses, accessibility measures, interoperability, backup, modification or other rights that applicable law permits. Separate notices and licences continue to apply to third-party and open-source material.
Prices, purchases and refunds
If a version is offered for sale, its current price, included content, compatibility requirements and purchase conditions are shown by the store before payment. The store handles payment, receipts, download entitlements and its own purchase services. A purchase on one platform does not automatically buy a separate edition on another platform unless expressly stated.
For a store refund request, use the purchase history or support process of the store where you bought the game. You can also contact us about a faulty or misdescribed copy. Store policies and these Terms do not remove any refund, repair, replacement, cancellation or other rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Your device and saved progress
Check the listing for device and operating-system compatibility. Keep a suitable amount of free storage and use your device's supported update and backup features. The game's privacy policy explains the information practices of the relevant version.
Local progress may be lost when you reset it, clear app storage, remove the app, change devices or experience a device failure. Operating-system backup behaviour can vary. Do not assume that a local save is a studio cloud backup or can be restored remotely.
Development previews and updates
A page describing a game in development, or access to a testing copy, does not mean it has publicly launched. Preview content and device support may change as development continues. The supplied version and its accompanying description determine what is available to play.
We may release fixes and updates. We will not use an update to these Terms to take away mandatory rights or retrospectively remove an existing purchase entitlement contrary to applicable law. Material changes will be identified with an updated date and communicated or agreed to where required.
Privacy, support and external links
Read the privacy policy for Blue & Pip: Holiday Adventures and the game support page. A grown-up should send support messages for a child. Please leave out children's personal information, passwords and payment-card details.
Optional website, store or source links open independently operated services. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them. Opening a Terms link does not make gameplay depend on registering with those services.
Your legal rights remain protected
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts a consumer guarantee, statutory remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted. This includes applicable rights relating to digital content, conformity, defective products and misleading descriptions.
If a provision cannot lawfully apply to you, it applies only to the extent permitted; the remaining provisions continue where lawful. These Terms do not require arbitration or take away access to courts, regulators or other remedies available under applicable law.
