Please include:

• Your device model and iOS or Android version.
• The game version or development-build version.
• The chapter, story, holiday, or objective you were playing.
• What you expected, what happened, and the steps that led to it.
• A screenshot, if useful, with personal information removed.

A parent or guardian should contact us for a child. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, or children’s personal information.

Choose a holiday

Select Halloween, Christmas, or St. Patrick’s Day, then start or continue that adventure. Each holiday keeps its own progress.

Switch between Blue and Pip

Use the character-switch control to guide either friend. Pip fits through small passages; Blue handles larger mechanisms. Wait/follow helps position your companion.

Solve paired switches

Place Blue on the blue stone and Pip on the green stone. The inactive character waits while you move the other friend into place. Switch directly to a companion if they cannot reach the spot.

Keep track of the journey

Check the journal for clues. In a village, approach someone to talk or head toward the next chapter’s entrance. Use the jump control in side-scrolling stages.

Sound, performance, and saved progress

• Check the game’s sound settings and your device’s media volume.
• Pause before taking a break. Close and reopen the game, or restart the device if needed.
• Close other demanding apps if performance is slow.
• Avoid uninstalling, clearing app storage, or resetting progress while troubleshooting a save you want to keep.
• If the issue persists, send the details above. Do not edit save files or send them unless support specifically asks.

Availability, purchases, and refunds

The game is in development for iOS and Android. A public release date has not been announced. Store download links will appear on the game page when they are available.

When a public version is available for purchase, the store used for that purchase handles receipts and refund requests. Use Apple’s billing support or Google Play’s refund help. Please do not email payment-card details.
