Help with Blue Leprechaun Adventures: Lost Gold and Letters & Numbers, together in one app.

Get in touch

Please tell us which adventure you're playing, your device model, the app version, and what happened. A grown-up should send the message. Please leave out a child's name, photograph, school, location, or other personal details.

Choose an adventure

On the opening screen, choose Lost Gold or Letters & Numbers. In Letters & Numbers, choose Alphabet Adventure or Number Trail. Use Back to games from an adventure's storybook menu to return to the chooser.

Move, jump, and explore

Hold the left or right button to walk.
Use Jump to hop onto platforms. With hop help off, holding Jump makes a higher jump.
Use the down arrow to drop through a one-way ledge.
Use the action button when Blue is beside a lever, gate, or rescue mechanism.
Use Pause to take a break. Hop help is optional and starts off in the learning trails.

Letters, numbers, and My finds

Collect all 26 letters or all 25 numbers to fill the wishing pot and activate the doorway. Blue clovers are an optional bonus. Open My finds to revisit pictures and spoken examples. Use Back to My finds to choose another discovery.

Save your place

Progress and sound settings are saved on the device. Lost Gold, Alphabet Adventure, and Number Trail keep their own progress. The app doesn't use accounts or cloud synchronization, so progress doesn't automatically transfer to another device.

Start again resets the selected adventure. Removing the app normally removes its local saves; device backup and restore settings may affect what is restored.

Sound or performance trouble

Check the game's sound setting and the device's media volume.
Close and reopen the app. Restart the device if needed.
Try closing other apps if the game is running slowly.
Avoid uninstalling while troubleshooting if you want to preserve saved progress.

Purchases and refunds

Apple or Google handles the app purchase, receipts, and refund requests. Use the purchase history or support options in the store where you bought the app. Buying on one store doesn't purchase the version on the other store.
