Please include:

  • Your device model and iOS or Android version.
  • The game version or development-build version.
  • The chapter, story, holiday, or objective you were playing.
  • What you expected, what happened, and the steps that led to it.
  • A screenshot, if useful, with personal information removed.

A parent or guardian should contact us for a child. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, or children’s personal information.

Follow the next objective

Use the on-screen movement and interaction controls. Read the current objective and approach the person or object named in it. Some interactions depend on the nearby characters or the current story stage.

Companions and abilities

Keep companions close and follow the prompts for the current encounter. If a character appears blocked, note the chapter, objective, and where it happened before contacting support.

Save and resume

Resume the campaign from its available save slot. Do not delete local save files or reinstall while troubleshooting a campaign you want to keep.

Sound, performance, and saved progress

  • Check the game’s sound settings and your device’s media volume.
  • Pause before taking a break. Close and reopen the game, or restart the device if needed.
  • Close other demanding apps if performance is slow.
  • Avoid uninstalling, clearing app storage, or resetting progress while troubleshooting a save you want to keep.
  • If the issue persists, send the details above. Do not edit save files or send them unless support specifically asks.

Availability, purchases, and refunds

The game is in development for iOS and Android. A public release date has not been announced. Store download links will appear on the game page when they are available.

When a public version is available for purchase, the store used for that purchase handles receipts and refund requests. Use Apple’s billing support or Google Play’s refund help. Please do not email payment-card details.
