Please include:

• Your device model and iOS or Android version.
• The game version or development-build version.
• The chapter, story, holiday, or objective you were playing.
• What you expected, what happened, and the steps that led to it.
• A screenshot, if useful, with personal information removed.

A parent or guardian should contact us for a child. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, or children’s personal information.

Place, trace, and explore

Most placement puzzles support dragging or tapping an item and then its matching outline. Follow the dots in tracing activities; completed waypoints remain when you lift your finger.

Ask for a little help

Use the hand button for a hint and the speaker button to repeat the guidance. The sea-opening handles can be used together or one at a time.

Chapters and optional activities

Complete the previous chapter to open the next. Optional stars do not block the main story. Helping and Discovery activities are separate from the main biblical narrative.

Sound and comfort settings

Pause to open Settings. Captions, volume, reduced motion, gentle lighting, slower movement, and gesture help are available.

Sound, performance, and saved progress

• Check the game’s sound settings and your device’s media volume.
• Pause before taking a break. Close and reopen the game, or restart the device if needed.
• Close other demanding apps if performance is slow.
• Avoid uninstalling, clearing app storage, or resetting progress while troubleshooting a save you want to keep.
• If the issue persists, send the details above. Do not edit save files or send them unless support specifically asks.

Availability, purchases, and refunds

The game is in development for iOS and Android. A public release date has not been announced. Store download links will appear on the game page when they are available.

When a public version is available for purchase, the store used for that purchase handles receipts and refund requests. Use Apple’s billing support or Google Play’s refund help. Please do not email payment-card details.
